At a Lawfull Meating of ye Inhabitances of ye South Precinct of Andover upon ye 12th Day of December. 1710
Voted and [passed], that ye Precinct would pay, to the Reverend Mr. Samuel Phillips, 60 pounds in Money, a year while he carries on the work of the Minestry Among us in an Unmarried State and when he Shall See Reason to Marry, then to [ad] to his Sallery ten pounds a Year. So long as he Continues in the work of ye Minestry Among us.

At a Lawfull Meating of the South Precinct upon ye 6th of March 1722/3
Voted and pased that ye Precinct have added ten pounds to Mr. Phillips Sallery Yearly so long as he Caries on the whol work of the Minestry in the South Precinct of Andover and Bills of Credit are pasing Currant among us as he Carries on the wholl work of ye Minestry so long.
